Based on online reviews, I thought about canceling and rebooking with Hilton. But my room, while a little dated, was clean and comfortable. For those who claim room had no hairdryer, check the closet. Mine contained hairdryer and ironing board. This hotel isn't the Ritz-Carlton, but is safe, clean, comfortable and perfect for one night stay, either pre or post flight.

I am writing to share a positive and well-deserved review for Ashley, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism, patience, and dedication during a very challenging situation on January 27, 2026. Due to severe snowstorms, my American Airlines flight was diverted to Cincinnati, affecting over 180 passengers. American Airlines arranged overnight hotel accommodations, and Ashley was the sole staff member working when I arrived around 1:00 a.m. She worked continuously for approximately four to six hours without breaks, ensuring that every affected passenger was provided with a hotel room. Despite the long hours and high stress of the situation, Ashley maintained outstanding customer service throughout the night. She remained calm, patient, and attentive, making sure each person was taken care of to the best of her ability. Her professionalism and commitment made a difficult and frustrating experience far more manageable for everyone involved. Ashley went above and beyond what could reasonably be expected, and her work ethic and demeanor truly stood out. She is an incredible asset to your team and absolutely deserves recognition for her dedication and exceptional service.

Shuttle driver was quick and courteous in my airport pickup well after midnight. Check-in was a breeze. The room is top notch : bed and pillows are perfect; linens crisp and clean. Bathroom well appointed and included all amenities. My stay was absolute comfort. Best Holiday Inn I have ever experienced!

I was traveling alone and had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn in Cincinnati. I would especially like to recognize Tennessee (yes, like the state ), who was working the breakfast service. She was exceptionally attentive, warm, and friendly. When you’re traveling alone, it makes a real difference to be welcomed so openly and kindly. She always had a smile on her face, was very helpful, and genuinely cared about making guests feel comfortable. Thank you, Tennessee, for the wonderful service – you truly made my stay even better! Tennessee was the most helpful person on their staff. She did a great job taking care of guests at the breakfast buffet. When I lost my meal ticket or had issues with the hotel she was willing to help. Overall, the hotel is currently going through a few renovations and is currently being repainted. They have a pool you can lap swim in and a small gym which I enjoyed on my stay.

Good location - less than 10 min from the airport. The room, although a bit dated, had everything I needed but not more. They had a hot breakfast, which is always nice to have. The best part of the experience though was the friendly customer service from front desk and especially Tennessee from the dining room. Thanks for starting out my morning right!

Stayed one night after a cancelled flight - this hotel is super close to the airport so I was able to use the hotel shuttle to get to and from the airport quickly. My room was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room did have a certain smell that was strange but not bad, kind of like your grandma's perfume. I had meal vouchers from the airline which were easy to use at the hotel's restaurant. Dinner was good and the waitress was kind. I opted for an entree for breakfast (rather than the buffet) and, my waitress, Ms.Tennessee, took really great care of me by checking on me often, keeping my coffee hot, and discussing our shared love of grape jelly
